COVINGTON COUNTY IN THE PROBATE COURT

IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SELLERS BARNES, DECEASED,
FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF OPP, ADMINISTRATOR
TO HONORABLE H.J. BROGDEN, JUDGE OF SAID COURT:

Comes the First National Bank of Opp, Administrator of the Estate of Sellers Barnes, Deceased, and makes its reports in writing under oath, for a final settlement of said estate.

The HEIRS and distributees and their residences, so far as your petitioner is informed and believes, are as follows:
1. WILL Barnes, Deceased, a brother who died shortly after the death of Sellers Barnes. the names of his children being to the petitioner unknown and their place of residence being unknown.

2. WILLIS Barnes, a brother, who resides at Chapman in Butler County, Alabama, who is over the age of 21 years of age.

3. Mrs. Morning REED, a sister, who resides at Tallassee Alabama, and who is over the age of twenty-one.

4. Henry Barnes, deceased, a brother who lived in the State of Florida at the time of his death and whose children, ages, and places of residence is to the petitioner unknown.

5. Plassedia Jackson, a sister, over twenty-one years of age and who resides at R#1 Pigeon Creek. Alabama, in the County of Butler.

6. Mrs. Veslie Jackson, Deceased, a sister, who resides at Tallassee, Alabama, and whose children are to the petitioner unknown, who ages and addresses unknown.

7. Beulah Barnes, his WIDOW, Red Level, ALA. Over 21 years of age.

The assets which have come into the possession of your petitioner are particularly specified in the following account to wit:

August 25, 1943, Cash received from former Guardian ...$1332.96
The following United States Savings Bonds were also received from a former guardian of the estate of said Sellers Barnes, said bonds being the property of the said estate, to wit :

Petitioner avers that it has not used any part of the of the funds, or other property, of the estate of said decedent for its own use and benefit.
The premises considered, your petitioner prays that a day be appointed for a settlement of said administration, and that notice thereof be given by law; that a guardian ad litem be appointed by your Honor to represent the interest of any of the heirs who may be minors and who are unknown to petitioner, and that upon such hearing your honor will state said account and render a decree passing the same as stated: that your Honor will also ascertain and determine the distributive share of any and all heirs or distributees of said Estate and enter orders ordering final distribution of the same.
