Mr. Clarence Allen Dewberry, age 71, passed away Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at the Evergreen Nursing Home.

Mr. Dewberry was a native and life long resident of Conecuh County, Alabama. He worked as a self-employed painter in the construction industry. He enjoyed deer hunting and loved his dogs. Mr. Dewberry attended Oak Grove Holiness Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence Lloyd Dewberry and Eula Belle Martin Dewberry; and a brother, Raymond Raines.

He is survived by one brother, Lawrence Dewberry of Castleberry; four sisters, Jeanette V. Powell of Evergreen, Diane Lee of Grand Bay, AL, Ernestine Barlow of McKenzie, AL, and Brenda Jernigan of Brewton, AL; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 4, 2019 at 12 Noon from the chapel of Craver’s Funeral Home with Sis. Barbara Green officiating. Interment will follow at Buffington Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at Craver’s Funeral Home on Friday from 11:00 A.M. until service time at 12 Noon.

Pallbearers: Zack Barlow, Andy Barlow, Stevie Powell, Clarence Earl Powell, Carlton Boykin, and Ray Lee.

Honorary Pallbearers: Danny Powell, Chris Powell, Randy Dewberry, Jerry Dewberry, Ross Pettis, Don Goldman, Jeremy Nelson, Robert Flores, and Brandon Watson.
