Clyde Ray Hand, 76, a resident of Prattville, died December 15, 1987, In a Montgomery hospital.

Funeral services were held Friday, December 18, 1987, at 11 a.m., from Camellia Baptist Church. Burial was in Memory Gardens, with Brother Bobby Robinson and Brother Clayton Shaw officiating.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Effie Hand, Prattville; one son, Steve Hand, Coosada; one daughter-in-law, Connie Hand, Coosada; one stepson, Tom Turk, Gainesville, Fla.; one stepdaughter, Betty Joyce Hargrove, Jacksonville, Fla.; three brothers, Norwood Hand, Prattville; Glover Hand, Prattville; Albert Hand, Gulf Shores; three sisters, Fannie Mae Lipscomb, Prattville; Ianther Cook, Deatsville; Louise Schavers, Marbury; three grandsons, Keith Hand, Tennessee; Scott and Brian Hand, both of Prattville; nine stepgrandchildren and six great-stepgrandchildren.

Active pallbearers were L. E. (Sarge) Norris, Richard Fagen, Mathew Cooley, H.T. (Sarge) Bagwell, Ed Kelley, Howard Manning.

Honorary pallbearers were the Men V Sunday School Class of Camellia Baptist Church.
