Samuel Chambers Dunn Graveyard near Windham Springs, Alabama

Many of the graves in this small cemetery are not marked other than with a plain rock. Betty Fields McMillan, a daughter of Manley Fields, gave the information about the unmarked graves. The cemetery is on privately owned land, but accessible to visitors. The cemetery is located about 2 miles north of Windham Springs in Section 4, Township 18 South, Range 9 West (east of Highway 69). Windham Springs is about 20 miles north of Northport, Alabama on Highway 69.

  1. Charity Dunn Fields was the midwife for my grandma when she delivered my Daddy. My Grandma was Maggie Lollar Fields married to Robert Walter Fields. My Daddy was Clifford Walter Fields.
